Alert if ChatGPT stops naming you. When a scan shows ChatGPT no longer names you for a question it used to, we email you that day: which question, who it names now, which sites it's reading, and what we'll do about it.

ChatGPT's answers vary from run to run, so we ask the question again before we alert you, to make sure it's a real drop and not a one-off.

Cancel any time

Monitor renews monthly at $199 until you cancel. To cancel, use the "manage your subscription" link in any Stripe receipt (or sign in to the billing portal), or send one email to support@firstcallscan.com saying "cancel Monitor". That's it. No fees, no notice period, no call to talk you out of it. Billing stops before your next month, and every report, reply and post stays yours.

We don't refund part-months unless the law requires it. Refund policy.

What we won't do

No ranking promises. We promise the work and an honest measurement every month, not a position.
No fake reviews. We don't write, buy or filter reviews.
No keyword stuffing your business name, and no fake addresses.

Questions

Do I need the Fix Pack first?

No. Monitor works on its own. If your report showed big gaps, the Fix Pack closes them first and Monitor keeps watch after.

What access do you need?

Manager access to your Google profile (not ownership), for review replies and posts. It takes 2 minutes and you can remove it any time. How to add us.

Will my rankings go up?

We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. What you get is the work done every month and a clear before/after, so you always know where you stand.

Why do the numbers change when I've done nothing?

Google and ChatGPT both change day to day, and competitors keep working. A monthly scan shows the trend, which matters more than any single day.

Is there a contract?

No. It renews monthly at $199 until you cancel. Cancel from the link in any receipt or with one email.

What if I cancel?

Your last paid month runs to its end, then billing stops. Posts, replies and reports stay. Remove our Manager access whenever you like.
