Add us as a Manager on your Google profile
About 2 minutes. The Fix Pack and Monitor both need Manager access, not ownership: you keep full ownership, we never need your password, and you can remove us any time.
The email to invite: luxeconceptsllc@gmail.com
Step by step
- Sign in to the Google account that owns your Business Profile. (If someone else set it up, like an old agency or your office manager, they need to do these steps, or make you an Owner first.)
- Go to business.google.com, or search Google for my business. Your profile's edit panel opens. If you have more than one profile, pick the right one.
- Click the ⋮ menu (three dots, labeled "More" on some screens).
- Click Business Profile settings.
- Click People and access. On some screens this is still called Managers.
- Click Add (the + icon near the top).
- Type luxeconceptsllc@gmail.com
- Under Access, choose Manager. Not Owner.
- Click Invite. That's it. We get an email, accept it, and tell you when we're in.
Google changes these screens now and then, so menu names can vary slightly. On a phone, search "my business" in the Google app or your browser; the steps are the same. Stuck? Email support@firstcallscan.com with a screenshot and we'll point to the right button.
Why Manager, not Owner
A Manager can do everything the fixes need: edit your categories, services and description, add photos, reply to reviews and post updates. A Manager can't delete your profile, remove you, or add or remove other people. Only Owners can. You stay in charge the whole time.
We'll never ask you to make us an Owner.
How to remove us later
- Sign in and open your profile the same way (business.google.com or search my business).
- Click ⋮ then Business Profile settings then People and access.
- Find luxeconceptsllc@gmail.com in the list, click the menu or role next to it, and choose Remove. Confirm.
Our access ends right away. Everything we changed stays on your profile; it's yours.
Fix Pack only? You can remove us after the day-7 summary, or after the day-30 re-scan if you want us to fix anything Google rejected. On Monitor, keep us on while you're subscribed, since review replies and posts need it.
Can't find the settings? Usually it means you're signed in with a different Google account than the one that owns the profile. Try your other accounts. If you can open the profile but can't add people, you're probably a Manager yourself, and the Owner needs to send the invite.
